Hot Forging
Hot Forging:
This technology aims to reduce the cost of brass parts by forming irregular shapes designed for specific purposes. By heating brass, then pressing it into a mold, the material is forged into the minimum possible geometry for the machining steps to take place afterwards. The hot forging plant contains an integrated system of operations, including flash trimming presses and sandblasting machines, that guarantee a high quality product with superior finishing. Weight of forged parts can vary from a minimum of XXXX gm up to a maximum of XXXX gm.
