Sanding and polishing are preparation processes necessary for electroplating. Product component made of Zinc and Brass such as valve bodies, handles and accessories have to go through the sanding and polishing process to have a smooth surface finish. We operate with both manual and automatic to ensure the highest quality and productivity. The polishing department is capable of producing up to XXXX pieces per day.
